Refund Policies

All studies are accessible and to be completed online through the Membership link.

We understand if life changes and you can no longer be with us, but we hope that you love our studies enough to stick with them!

It takes time to make changes and we don’t want you to have to do it alone!

All our courses are purposely designed to be drip-fed each week to discourage rushing through the courses. This is to encourage more time for reflection and to allow the brain to process and acclimate to positive changes. Please do not expect a quick fix and please stay with it!

The foundational course, “The Faithful Mindset” is three months long with monthly segments of “Awareness”, “Knowledge” and “Action”. A full refund is available up to 30 days from the date of purchase but before the second month’s study of “Knowledge” has been started. If the “Knowledge” course has been started, or 31 days from purchase, a refund is no longer available.

For all additional six-week courses that follow the foundational course, a full refund is available up to 14 days from the date of purchase. On the 15th day after purchase, or if the 3rd week of the course has been started, a refund is no longer available.

Days are calculated as calendar days, not business days and per
Pacific Standard Time zone.

Refunds will be credited how the purchase was made.
