Learn to become a Warrior Woman andĀ Ā achieve a more balanced life.

Struggling to find my footing after serious injury and divorce, I realized I could not do it on my own and I could not just sit and pray. I had to act.

This started a fire in me to learn how faith and the science of the brain must work together to create change in our lives so we can reshape our future.

Learning to get out of my own way, helped me to deepen my relationship with God by trusting he had a plan for me. Even if he wasnā€™t going to share that plan with me for quite some time.

My life changed dramatically when IĀ learned to control my own thoughts, beliefs about myself and fear of my unknown future.Ā I began to see how so many of the roadblocks placed in my path, no matter where they came from, were within my control to remove. Ultimately, I realized I had even used those roadblocks as excuses to protect myself in case I failed at attempts to succeed on my own.

I knew then that God was asking me to become a warrior by believing in what he can do through me, not what he can do for me. And I wanted to know what it was like to believe I was more.

After years of struggling with stress and anxiety, I decided to take control of my life and heal my body from the inside out. Now I use the same powerful techniques to help others find inner peace.

No warrior can be made with victories alone.

We must fall and fall again, because it is the getting back up to face another day where we build strength. Embracing failure as nothing more than a stop sign to pause and rethink our path can be invaluable.

Knowing my transformation was going to take time, I added in fun things to do to make the journey feel less like work and to practice gratitude for each new day I was given. This is where I learned to dance, took on home renovation projects and went on a six-week solo trip to Spain. Never had I even been to Europe, nor did I speak a lick of the language, but I was ready for the bigger challenge.

When my church asked me to lead, I took about six months to say yes. I needed time to contemplate if I was qualified and what I could offer. Then a dear friend asked me a direct question that reminded me that God uses the broken, healed and obedient to further his kingdom. Finding a study that fit where my heart and hopefully, God, was leading me was not an easy task. And so, The Faithful Mindset came to life.

It is my greatest hope that what these studies offer is a new look within your mind and what thoughts, perspectives and limited beliefs are holding you back from being the strong, loving warrior you are meant to be and what you can do to create change within yourself so that you can create change in your life.

We are not to be weak, and we are not to use our strength to control or hurt others. We are to be ordinary women of strong and noble character that are unafraid of this world because we have the biggest bodyguard by our side in existence. We have Jesus with us every day. And we will never be able to outrun his reach, or his relentless and determined love.Ā

I hope you take this journey with me. And I hope you become the greatest warrior that ever lived in you.Ā Ā
